-Bring your body back to balance through connection to the earth, movement, and breath.
-Join herbalist and yoga instructor Torie Gehlmeyer, in this all levels vinyasa flow yoga class.
-Class runs for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
-Following the class, there will be a pop-up farm stand with fresh vegetables for sale from farmer Jordan Goldsmith of Moonrose Farm.
