About The Event
This two hour workshop will discuss the pros and cons of leasing land as well as advise others on how to grow diversified crops on a no-till farm. This event sponsored with The Young Farmer Network.

Moonrose Farm is a chemical free farm and apiary that strives to feed the land and people while fostering nurturing relationships with the community through food, education and health. The farm is developed on leased land and encompasses a diversity of crops, flowers and honey bees that are hard at work.
This is a free event. Registration is a courtesy for our Host Farms. Last minute attendees are welcome. Please dress for the weather and check this site or nofari.org for potential cancellations. Photographs may be taken at this event to be used for NOFA RI promotional material and appear on our webpage. This event is funded through the RI DEM via a USDA Specialty Crop Block Grant.
