About the event
Join us in the field for a hands-on jam session. Start by picking our chemical free strawberries, then learn from Pastry Chef and Farmer Melissa Denmark how to make jam! Melissa will cover how to safely preserve fruit through the water bath canning process so you can enjoy the taste of summer all year long. Take home a recipe so you can make your own jam and can with confidence! Class participants will each take home a jar of strawberry jam.
